Erin Strunk, LLMSW

“You’re too sensitive.” “You’re too much.” “It’s all in your head.”

Sound familiar? Erin is here to remind you that you are NOT being dramatic. She is passionate about helping women ages 18 through menopause feel seen, heard, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Breaking generational trauma is at the forefront of Erin’s practice. She supports women navigating trauma, chronic illness, domestic violence, recovery, medication-resistant depression, and late-diagnosed ADHD. Her approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating CBT, trauma processing, recovery support, and Christian or spirituality-based counseling when desired.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work degrees from Oakland University. As a mother of two grown children, a wife of 23 years and counting (!), and someone with lived experience related to trauma, autoimmune disorders, and neurodivergence, she understands that healing isn’t always straightforward.

A little bit spicy but a fierce and passionate advocate, Erin strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, reclaim their voices, and break old patterns. She recognizes the trust it takes to begin therapy, especially for those who have felt dismissed or misunderstood, and never takes that responsibility lightly.

At Inclusive Minds Therapy, Erin empowers women to put themselves first, embrace their strengths, and build a life that feels authentically theirs.
