Meet Your Therapist.

Therapist, Owner

Courtney Monreal, LMSW

Courtney is a dedicated therapist committed to providing inclusive, affirming care to individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds. Her practice embraces and celebrates the full spectrum of sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions. She is certified by the NASW to provide Gender Identity care and brings deep sensitivity to the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals across the lifespan.

Courtney also specializes in eating disorder recovery and is in the process of obtaining advanced certification in this area. Her work is rooted in the Health at Every Size (HAES) framework and emphasizes body respect, weight inclusivity, and dismantling harmful narratives around food and body image. She understands that eating disorders don’t exist in a vacuum—they are shaped by complex factors including culture, race, community values, systemic oppression, and access to care.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience. She is particularly passionate about creating safe, judgment-free spaces where individuals from marginalized identities feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their mental health.

Whether you are seeking support for personal challenges, relationship dynamics, identity exploration, or eating and body image concerns, Courtney provides thoughtful, collaborative care that honors your unique path, identity, and goals.

Meghan Miller, LLMSW

As a Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Inclusive Minds Therapy, Meghan aims to provide a safe, affirming, and supportive space for individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, sleep issues, and major life transitions.

Through virtual therapy sessions, Meghan offers a flexible and comfortable environment where you can gain clarity, develop healthy coping skills, and work through difficult emotions at your own pace. Her approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive, rooted in respect for everyone’s unique background, identity, and lived experience. Meghan often reminds clients that “Therapy isn’t about becoming a new person, but about rediscovering the person you’ve always been—and empowering them to thrive.”

Meghan will integrate evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based techniques to support growth, healing, and resilience. Her goal is to help you increase self-awareness, build emotional strength, and move forward with confidence and self-compassion.

At Inclusive Minds Therapy, we are committed to creating inclusive mental health care for all identities. Together, we’ll explore your strengths and support your journey toward lasting well-being.
